North Humberside Motor Trades GTA offer a range of hands-on qualifications, mixed with the required knowledge, to meet the high level demands of today's motor industry.

All qualifications at our college are delivered in conjunction with nationally recognised awarding organisations, such as the Institute of Motor Industry Awarding Body Ltd, AutoExel and the ABC Skills and Education Group Awards. We offer a variety of courses, full and part time, for all levels.
New Senior Management Team
New structure, new academic year...
In August 2025, the GTA announced the formation of a new Senior Management Team. Mark Crawford, formerly the Training Manager, has been appointed Director of Training, and will jointly lead the organisation alongside Charlotte Bowes, newly appointed Director of Teaching and Learning. Supporting them in this strategic leadership is Rachael Owen, who has been promoted to General Manager. Together, the team looks forward to guiding the GTA through a successful academic year.
The GTA is set to continue its success in Apprenticeship delivery, continuing its strong partnerships with local employers and expanding its national reach through collaboration with the RAC Academy. The organisation’s ongoing partnership with Hull Training is expected to further enhance and grow its full-time provision and Skills Bootcamp programmes.
In addition, the GTA will continue to serve the needs of the local Motor Trade sector, delivering high-quality, technical, and specialist qualifications and training designed to meet industry demands.
