When the GTA was established as a training provider the additional benefits to members were limited. Today however we offer a much more varied portfolio of services, which gives increased benefits to existing and potential members.
For an annual cost of £150.00 we offer the following member benefits:
Short Course Discount - we offer a 15% discount to members for all short courses that we provide (except where there are nationally agreed rates) including:

Apprenticeship Recruitment - All members have the opportunity to be represented at school open evenings, career exhibitions and conventions. Members can also benefit from using our proven recruitment processes which include aptitude testing, interviews and transition projects.
Access to Funding – We maintain relevant up to date information on funding opportunities and grants available. We will provide the forms, the contacts and the advice on how to apply for funding for specific projects.
Annual Visit - A member of our workplace development team will make an annual visit to your company in order to complete a ‘training needs analysis’ and a half-day opportunity to discuss training requirements and a plan for the year ahead.
Health and Safety Appraisal - Every three years, companies with apprentices will be given a full Health and Safety appraisal. This also gives member companies the opportunity to discuss any Health and Safety issues.
Downloadable Resources – As a member company you will have access via our web site to a range of resources including Risk Assessments and up to date Health and Safety Booklets.
Company Profile – As a member company you will have the opportunity to profile your company on our web site.
