David Willoughby - General Manager
I began my career in 1987 in the banking and finance sector. In 1992 I started work at the Training and Enterprise council (later to become the Learning and Skills Council and was responsible for quality assurance and the contracts for local Training Providers delivering vocational education in Humberside.
In July 2000 I moved to be General Manager of an independent training provider delivering in the manufacturing sector.
In September 2002 I moved to the GTA to become the Contracts and Quality Assurance Manager, where my role was set up the quality systems for the organisation and ensure we met the rigour standards of OFSTED.
In December 2009 I progressed to become the General Manager responsible for restructuring the organisation, the day to day running of the Charity and association and ensuring we remain a quality provider delivering a high class service to all our customers, learners and employers.
